Is participant data sent anywhere else?
Your records are stored in Australian infrastructure. Optional AI-assisted features, such as progress note drafting help, send only the text you submit to a third-party AI service, which may process it outside Australia. If your organisation would rather not use AI processing, simply leave those features switched off.
Who owns the data stored in Eze Taskr?
You do. Providers retain full ownership of their data at all times. You can export your complete operational records whenever you need them.
Can records be exported for audits?
